Dr McPhail was not a good fit for my husband, the patient, and myself, his wife. She took a couple weeks to respond to our questions in MyChart. After several weeks of no response regarding a brain MRI that she ordered we finally reached out to another office to intervene for us before she responded. If there was a lower rating than 1 star I’d take it. Dr. McPhail is the worst Dr . We’ve ever had to deal with. The list is long. Long story short. My mother has Alzheimer’s, we were referred to her by a family friend. 2 month’s after our appointment, which seemed hopeful , we put my mom into a home. We couldn’t even get a call back , we could not get a response to urgent questions that we had on my mom’s meds . Dr. Mary McPhail is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. She walked me through every single item that was on her notes and explained why/what my diagnosis was. She went through each of my meds and let me know when to take them and why. She let me know what the next steps were for me. Her direct yet compassionate style of treatment made me not feel like cattle going through a gate. I appreciate you!
Every step of the way, Dr. McPhaill has made things very clear and she responds graciously to all the questions I asked I feel very well informed about my Diagnosis and the thorough pathway she chartered to determine end results.
