I knew at once that Dr. Maytan was the kind of primary care doctor I wanted. She was so sympathetic, listened to all of my concerns and came up with a very reassuring plan of care. I left feeling very hopeful and so excited that she is going to be my primary care physician. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had meeting a new doctor!
The Kaiser doctors and all of the support staff that I've encountered on this and other appointments have been exceptional. They're prompt, courteous, and very professional.
Everyone was amazing, and Marlene is an artist with a vaccination needle. Seriously, zero pain (or even pressure).
The 5 star rating is not for my experience with Kaiser Permanente, it is strictly for my primary care Dr. Mary Maytan. I have been through the wringer of neglect from many doctors prior to Dr. Maytan, she is truest dedicated and passion about her position as a Doctor.
