Went to the office for a hearing aid consult following my initial audiology testing. Dr. Malkovich was kind, patient and approachable while we discussed my hearing loss and possible hearing aid purchase. She is also a bit of a salesperson, promoting their highest price point hearing aid. I had already decided to move forward withe rhe purchase, and she was very helpful.in teaching me all about using my new devises.
