The doctor refused to treat my wife unless she signed an arbitration agreement (meaning she couldn’t file a malpractice lawsuit in the event that the office engaged in malpractice.) The paper said the patient had the right to refuse to sign without repercussion, but then they said they would refuse to treat her if she didn’t sign. Huge red flags, would recommend going absolutely anywhere else.

Dr. O’Neill was focused on me and my pregnancy. She is whip smart, interested in working with patients, and very empathetic. She delivered my beautiful daughter and I am so grateful she was my ObGyn!

I had the best experience with Dr O’Neill! She is very knowledgeable and gives off a kind and wise aura. I felt comfortable and safe talking to her about my health

I’ve had Dr. O’Neil as my OB/GYN for almost 3 years. Her staff, especially Melissa, is good about returning my calls and relaying messages. Dr. O’neill herself is straight-forward and concise. Business hours are limited so consider this place only if you have flexibility.

I had a serious health issue and needed surgery right away. I was in a lot of pain, and I rushed to the ER for exams. Never did the office return my calls, nor refer me to a surgeon. I had to escalate the issue with my insurance, and personally find a surgeon who would schedule me in. It's been about 2 months now, and yet to get a phone call back from the office. I understand medical professionals may be overwhelmed with patients, but I'd certainly appreciate a returned phone call.
