All of a sudden wont take new clients, after I was already booked in for an appointment.
I visited their office today to get consulting about an issue I had with someone. Although the matter wasn't something they could take care of, but they referred me the office that can. The important thing in my experience was that they're really friendly and down to the ground, which made me feel good. This tells me they're really polite and care about their clients.
