I go the the hemophilia twice a year for a phlebotomy (blood draw) so I am very familiar with their services. The nurses are always friendly and nice. One time one even caught a problem with my heart which resulted in me having a heart operation. She may have saved my life. I never have to wait long in the waiting room, parking in close in a covered garage, and they validate my parking.
