Her attention to the details of lab tests gives me great information so that I can make changes needed to stay healthy. She allows enough time for me to discuss any concerns I might have. Her staff is highly professional as well.
I have been with Dr. Coan for many years and have always enjoyed the same level of thoughtful review of my conditions, complaints and updates. Mary is very patient and is an excellent listener. She answers all my questions on my list. I never feel rushed or made to feel I'm foolish for asking questions.
Dr. Coan stays up to date on advances in treating all types of conditions. Her background as a toxicologist and doctor gives her great insight in to how best to care for her patients. I feel so blessed I found her to care for my family.
I went misdiagnosed for over 3 years. I went to Dr Coan and she truly listened and ordered the correct tests. The quality of my life now, I give all the credit to her. She is one in a million.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Coan since 2013, years before she joined MDVIP. She has always offered us all the time and help we needed, and then some.
I have been seeing Dr. Coan for years, since before she moved to her Cifton Springs office. I've always been happy with her methods, her treatment of me as a patient and a person. But she recently became a concierge (rich persons) doctor. I understand it is probably for the benefit of her practice, as it is very costly to practice medicine. But I can't afford the new annual fee. I will miss her and (most of) her staff.
If you are looking for a truly holistic M.D. who tries the natural way first before expensive drugs tests etc. this is your person.
