Would like to recognize front desk girl "Shannon" for being exceptionally and incredibly rude. She accused me of "not wanting to pay" and she "can't deal with you right now". Just what you need to deal with after your dog waited over 9 hours for her procedures and the Doctor tells you he "couldn't complete everything because I ran out of time". Wow. Shannon, I'm sure Jennifer Barker would love to hear about you...and I'm more than happy to tell her.

If you don’t mind waiting for hours past your appt time then this is the place for you. Not sure why they even make appts at this place when clearly you’re required to wait hrs past your time.
They took great care of my fuzzy baby. Very polite and customer service driven.
