Not sure why Baystate can't seem to keep any decent doctors. We saw a pediatrician here that we loved and sadly she left. We were never informed until we got to our visit and were seen by Dr. Trask. She has 0 knowledge of proper intact care and when I told her multiple times not to retract my son, which should be common knowledge in the pediatric health industry, she did so anyway and then had the nerve to question me about it. We love Dr. Siege. Always takes the time to talk with us and give advise. I never wait long at all with is great because my son has adhd and can’t handle a long wait. I truly believe Dr. Siege cares about my family. He never prescribes unnecessary medications or testing. The staff at the windows is always kind. The only two downfalls I see is the call center an ethereal is one particular nurse (not sure her name but she has red hair and tattoos) she doesn’t seem to have the necessary patience for dealing with kids and a lot ... read more
Never going again. Finding my daughter a different doctor. Called there on Tuesday to get an appt. because my daughter is sick way too often. They said they could fit me in at 5. Dr Tokarz comes in says she's vomiting and has diarrhea it's the flu it's going around. I told her my concern is how often my child is sick not about the flu going around. Tokarz then tells me she really doesn't have the time to discuss that with me right now. She's been here 10 hours already and shes so tired and still has 2 more patients to see af... read more
