staff members very nice & doctor was very good no pain at all
Just horrible customer service, their parking signs are misleading my husbands truck got towed while my 3 year old was getting her teeth cleaned. They scolded me and talked down to me, just plain rude.
This is by far the worst clinic I have ever gone to. The receptionist was extremely rude. I did not have an appointment, but I know walk ins are accepted. I tell her what my problem is ( pain, swollen gums, part of my filling came out). She says very rudely, "doesn't sound like an emergency, but ok". I never said it was an emergency, first of all. I waited over 2 hours. The wait wasn't the problem, I knew I was going to have to wait to get seen especially since I did not have an appointment. However, the service was so bad I... read more
