Absolutely terrible, I would never recommend. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. In a divorce agreement she wrote it up to contradict itself and refused to address and correct the issue.
Yes I have to agree. Mary Benedict is terrible as a guardian ad litem. She is more then rude and obnoxious. I would never recommend her to anyone. She has tried to fight everything against me and fortunate enough for my family I have been justified in court. This has really thrown Mary off her rocker. I can not believe that this lady has not been taken off of the GAL list and still has a license to practice law. DO NOT use her or do not let her get away with being a GAL on your case. I have never been so disrespected. This woman was verbally offensive and just plain rude! She has zero personal skills! I will NEVER recommend her to anyone. There are far too many attorneys out there to choose one that is so horrible to potential clients. I think for $250 per hour she could afford a new personality!!
