Called many times never able to see the doctor. Always had to go to Urgent Care. AS of lately been given a runaround by her front office stand. Therefore, she has just lost me and other family members as a patience.
She is the best primary care physician I have ever had. My husband and I both see her. We have been with her for about 15 years. We don not live close to her office, but it does not matter!! WE LOVE HER! Dr. Klein is top notch! She cares about her patients and has a very special way of showing it. I feel so comfortable in her office and will try to stay with her as long as possible!!
I have seen Dr Klein for years, in fact, I have followed her after she left her last practice.
She took time with me. Staff is pleasant. It was a good experience.
I love her patience and straight forward answers. She is kind and caring but gives you the information you need to make the choices you need. I consider her and the whole practice a rare find in medicine today.
I LOVE HER AND HER STAFF!!! She is so knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable and not rushed and gives me plenty of options that fit my insurance and schedule. I work two jobs and often don't have time to come in and she is willing take the time to call and talk to me. She's amazing
Dr. Klein listens and asks questions. She does not hurry through your appointment. She talks to my kids so well that they feel comfortable telling her anything. She always answers all of their questions even if they ask 100 of them.
Dr Klein really takes the time to know you as a person. She has been my primary care physician for over 10 years.
