Left a previous eye doctor for poor bedside manner and always feeling rushed. I thought I'd try Dr. Hoang at the local CVS since it's nearby and I could book my appointment online. Robert checked me in and took care of an issue with the insurance, keeping me posted. Then I went in to see the Dr. She was very friendly and explained each procedure and what she was looking for. She made me feel at ease with her explanations of what each test was for. I would definitely return and recommend.
So, this was my first time coming in to this optical office for an eye exam. My overall experience was great. I arrived about 30 minutes early, which was not a problem. Mr. Robert sat me down and gave me some paperwork to fill out, right after that I saw the optometrist. Dr. Mary Kim Hoang walked me in, and she walked me through everything that was going to be done as far as eye exams. Dr. Hoang was very helpful answering all my questions as she examined my eyes. She also checked my eye lid glands and saw that they were a little dry. Her dry eye therapy really helped. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family
