I came to the area for a vacation at my friend's lake home, not planning to buy anything. I was still working full time in my hometown of Frederick Maryland. We initially had contact with Mary at an open house she was overseeing that day. Through open houses, you have contact with numerous realtors. At her open house, she was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions about the property. After meeting her, we decided that she would be our realtor to find our new home. She would show us any house we were interested in. She also kept us aware of any new listings.
