I recently retired from the Military and have been all over the 50 states and renting houses. And I have never felt like I was getting ripped off like I do now. Moved in April this year and heater and ac was messing up. They sent out a repair man and he said yes I see the problem and can get the part by next week. Sewage backed up into the home we were renting TWICE. Both times we called the after hours number and BOTH times we were never called back. Had to make MULTIPLE calls and BEG for anything to be done or fixed. It's been a nightmare. They are also unable to keep employees. We've gone through 3 property management employees and our accounts were NOT credited with payments!!!

We are very unhappy with this whole company. Everyone is super nice until you get in then they treat you like #\$%\$. We have had so many issues with them trying to get something fixed. They want you to pay full amount of rent but they do not want to keep their end of the lease. We have been renting for years from rental Priorities by far worst place we have ever done business with. If you are considering a Rental property do not come here.. Run n keep going people here are so rude!!!!

I previously rented from Mary K Property and found the opposite of the other reviewers. When I had a plumbing problem, I called to report it and was pleased to have it repaired in a timely manor. Other issues were handled the same way. I highly recommend them for rentals. I purchased a home eventually or I would probably still use them. 5 stars!

The management is horrible, they do not fix anything and we will brake our lease because I can no longer pay the rent plus the utility that is over \$300 and its 85 degrees inside. DOES NOT RECOMMEND THIS REALTOR AT ALL.
