Super nice people inside. Not really sure. They actually know what they're doing. But hey they look the part. It's a little bit more expensive than I'd like. But then again when it comes to anything that helps with pain and life, people charge you through the nose like you're made out of money that you're not actually made out of.
No returns
I needed a replacement glass-on-glass bowl, and found such a beautiful selection that it became a hard choice! I can hardly wait to go back!

Everything is overpriced. I went in to buy a wax pen. The one i wanted was $59.99 on the yocan website and I was expecting a small price dif but when I asked it was almost $100 bucks. Their mark up is ridiculous.
