Hi, My father was admitted last week to St. Jose Hospital and released a few days later. Dr. Belderol had put a incorrect diagnosis on my father's discharge papers. I received a copy. As I'm reading with my fellow attorneys I was shock to see what she had put down with out any clarity from family and his PCP. I'm still waiting for a call from the doctor to get this correct.
