My husband and I first met MJ in Mar 2021. We were in the market for a new house. She met with us and we explained what we wanted and she provided us with property after property but couldn't find the right one. She was so patient and we just continued looking and not once did she hesitate but continued being the professional that she is. She always gave us good advice and allowed us to look until we found our forever home and then she made it happen by using her excellent negotiating skills. Highly recommend her!

She offered invaluable advice on the market, was extremely responsive to set up viewings when we found new listings, and helped us understand the transaction process. Her negotiation skills are top notch as well. I would highly recommend Mary Jane and will be calling her next time we are looking to buy or sell.
MJ is amazing! My family has a long-list of requirements and has not yet purchased, but she has been so patient with us and cheerfully dashes to show us every house that we request to see! She is thorough has also been willing to work with representatives on behalf of my family when we have been too busy to drop what we were doing to see a house. It has been a pleasure to work with her, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone considering purchasing a home!
