I went there for migraine as I needed a new doctor as I just moved from Fargo. I went in and told her my symptoms. I remember her saying don’t make me gag you. That was years ago, but as a human services professional I can say that is abusive. I don’t think she should work with patients if she is going to be or come off as threatening. I should have recorded and reported her.

I am sad and infuriated at the treatment my mom received at the Noran Plymouth clinic and specifically by Dr. Mary Jane Chiasson. Never have I experienced a doctor with so little regard for a patient than I witnessed with Dr. Chiasson. My mom had been experiencing extreme weakness and questioned whether she had a stroke. After seeing her Allina primary care physician, she was referred to Noran. An appointment with Dr. Chiasson was scheduled for April 4, 2024. My brother and I attended the appointment to support our mom. Dr. ... read more

I accompanied my sister to her appointment with Dr Chiasson. My sister described all she has been through lately including frequent falls, disorientation, confusion and memory issues. Chiasson was abrupt, cold, and rather mean. After all the descriptions my sister gave her, she said, “I don’t know why you are here.” I was astonished. Twenty-five years ago, Chiasson saved me from migraines that occurred up to 20 times a month. She has really changed. Maybe it’s time she retired. Really sad.

Dr. Chiasson listened to me carefully, and came up with a trial plan to try to manage my chronic pain issues. Without dangerous drugs. I felt she cared about trying to help me. I have a follow-up appointment soon. I would not hesitate to recommend her services.
