This place sucks! I thought they were amazing but clearly have gone down hill! No response I guess is a good indication they don’t care! Gone from great to never again!

Negative zero would be too much for this hospital their management Doctors and staff. IR intervention refused and did not honor my husbands patient right to refuse inserting a drain which caused him immeasurable pain and suffering bleeding internally when he had pancreatic cancer. They were informed repeatedly of his adverse symptoms and what time he had left to live was cut short. I had my first 3 babies at a hospital in Concord. My 4th I had here, via a surprise c section after a shocking diagnosis. I cannot tell you how absolutely positive the experience was for me, despite everything else. The staff was amazing. They were friendly. They didn't make me feel stupid or invalidate my pain like my last doctor's would. They respected me, my wishes, my privacy, my concerns, everything. Appts are always an hour behind if not longer. So disgusted with this place. They over schedule every single day. There isn't even enough seating in waiting rooms for all the people who are treated like garbage by this medical facility.
