Been here almost 2 weeks. First time seeking medical help in 50 years. Amazed and enjoying my stay. I've paid good money to stay at resorts that weren't 1/2 as nice. The staff , the mini suite, the food , all deserve a 5/5 rating. Have not food a single thing to complain about.
This facility has the worst communication with patients. Gave me misinformation about insurance, tried taking the professional route to resolve and it's like banging your head against a wall. Have made a payment for the horrific charges monthly and because of how long it takes them to process payments they sent me to collection. Never again
Brought my 4 year old daughter here to get her cast taken off. Besides the receptionist guy in 3a, the staff was all very friendly. But the lady who took her cast off, Hannah, was above and beyond friendly. She was extremely good with my daughter while cutting off the cast and made what seemed to my daughter to be an experience she didn’t want, to one that was exciting. And after the follow up to make sure it didn’t need to be re cast, she saw her in the exit hallway and was cheering her on for not needing another.
You should fire Mitchell Bevin as he has no regard for human life and should not be a nurse that has to care for people.
What a behemoth of a hospital, great professional staff!
