This was the best hospital experience we could have asked for! We came in for an unplanned C-section after my labor did not progress. I got an epidural within 10 minutes of being admitted so I could finally sleep. The team tried their best to maintain my natural birth wishes, but after my son‘s heart rate decelerated enough times, a C-section was necessary. It really comes through how much genuine respect and gratitude you have for the team at Dartmouth Health. Having a world-class, dedicated medical institution right in the Upper Valley—where staff put in those relentless 12 to 14-hour shifts for everyone from young kids to seniors—is a incredible comfort for the whole community.
I been to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical center 3 times this year very friendly staff had to have surgery on my legs doctors and nurses do know what they are doing very well not so much the inturns
Honestly, was considering not reviwing just because my experimce has been so mixed. But my daughters last appointment there went so terrible at the end, I just have to let other parents know. First I would like to say that I transferred from a hospital in Upstate NY. I specifically looked for a high risk doctor because my son passed away at 21 weeks in NY in June of 2025.
