Just to say thanks to everyone for their skill and kindness in patching me up after a fall damaged face,knee and thumb. Everything healing well
Badly gashed my elbow when I tripped up on a high fell. Made my way to this urgent treatment centre and the staff patched me up. The dressings nurse, doctor and receptionist were all extremely nice and efficient. A credit to the NHS. Just like Natalie K in her review, I was visiting from Yorkshire for a few days walking at start of this week and exactly as Natalie also said, this UTC puts my town's UTC and hospital to shame. Keswick UTC and community hospital is an oasis in a desert.
Busy day at the office for these guys they did a great job and arranged for an emergency follow up appointment impressed
Very disappointed It’s close many times but shows open on online and specially Saturday and Sunday always close.
Other places should learn from here, exceptional care. I appreciate it’s easier to do that when it’s not as busy but I predict the level of care here is not affected by volume of patients. Everyone was kind, considerate and took their time with patients. From the welcome at reception, to triage, to treatment, everyone was so friendly. Sheila, Elizabeth and Bobby in particular stick in my mind. Thank you all.
