I've been seeing Hazel Brantley FNP since I was young, and I can't recommend her enough. She has always taken the time to listen to my concerns and truly understands my needs. Treated like second class and won't follow court orders to disclose medical information to a parent about their own child
She is one of few doctors that will run tests to see what prescriptions are necessary as apposed to other doctors that just throws meds around like candy. Very nice. She asks questions. And she shows concern for her patients. Love her
