I came yesterday for some fulani braids & a quick weave in the back. Only took 3 hours and the braids are amazing! Thank you Justine for your service. I will be coming back🤪

*UPDATE* $70 spent for 6 cornrows that lasted 9 days!! NOT FOR CHILDREN! This is not a clean salon, my son had sat on a roach and we didn’t notice it until we left 🤢. Then the stylists were extremely rough! Perhaps this is normal, but as a mother it made me extremely uncomfortable watching the lack of gentleness or patience. And as a POC I can guarantee you they are pulling out edges here! I was also charged more than quoted with no explanation. Since moving to this side of town, I feel so blessed to have found this Mary’s braiding salon. My 9-year-old daughter has been coming here for a while now, & her hair has grown soooo much! She has a sensitive scalp & nut allergies, so we can’t use products like shea butter or many of the common hair care items—but they always work with us and take such special care of her.
