We just had an aweful experience today with Ford hospital, West Bloomfield, Michigan where we had to wait for more than an hour for our prescheduled ultrasound appointment with Dr Mary Quigg. And when I checked with the reception, they told me she is usually 30 minuets late so and asked us to wait longer. They lack work ethics and professionalism and have no respect for patients’ time.
