I am a former Elementary School counselor and referred parents/students to Dr. Thomas for years before having her work with my own daughter. She always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. She's never left me waiting. Dr. Thomas makes an extra effort to get to know her patients and finds out what they need. Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Are you going to visit this psychologist again? Without a doubt! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes

No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
