My first time meeting her today I have to say worst experience ever I was trying to explain a situation she completely cut me off and goes I don’t need your story secondly asking how I made an appointment through my chart and says I shouldn’t have and she’s right I shouldn’t have worst mistake I ever made very rude I will definitely be switching providers once I find one
My daughter saw her and it was one of the worst experiences she's had with a doctor. Dismissive, condescending, inattentive. I'm not sure how she stays employed. We prefer Dr. Nancy Demyan, but it's hard to get an appointment with her. Do yourself a favor and choose someone else.
If I could give 0 stars then I would! Do yourself and your family member a favor and DO NOT see this provider. My mother and I had a visit today and it was absolutely horrible. Dr. Purisima was incredibly rude, condescending, dismissive, inpatient, the list goes on. Upon entering the room, she didn’t even say hello, just gave a nasty remark, “Why are you here?” She gave no regard to any of my mother’s concerns, was dismissive to everything, and did not listen at all. What about, talking to your doctor, explain your health concern and i saw her rolling her eyes, like I was waisting her time, well my insurance pay her really good, and in was not getting her treatment for free. when I was waiting for her. They told me I have 20 minute visit I am wondering how much she gets from my insurance, in the waiting room i hear her yelling to an elderly patient, in think she does not deserve to call Doctor.
