Mary Gervais Brantley was able to finance a condo that another lender wasn’t able to. We were able switch lenders mid-contract and we only had to extend closing 2 weeks. She was efficient, communicative and gave me weekly updates. The cool part is….I Was the listing agent and she still communicated with me to ensure everything was on track from beginning to close. Thank you Mary Gervais for having incredible condominium products in house!
