I'm a first time home buyer and I was paired with Mary through Zillow. She was very knowledgeable and kind! She showed me what to look for when viewing homes and was very accommodating of my schedule. She also negotiated with the seller's agent and was able to save me some money, which for young first time homebuyer was greatly appreciated. After I closed on my house she even picked out some very personalized house warming gifts which are currently hanging on my wall! I would highly recommend her if you are buying a home!
If I could give her more stars I would. I am a first time home seller and she could not have made the sale of my home any easier! Even in the midst of the COVID pandemic, she was still so personable and helpful. My house was only on the market for just over a week before we had a contract thanks to Mary. I wish I could leave six stars for Mary and I will recommend her to anyone and everyone. It was the most pleasant real estate transaction I have ever experienced when in reality it was one that required know how and speed. Mary made it all seem easy. I cannot speak highly enough of her skills.
