I was scheduled for an appointment for DEC 18th 2023 and this would have been a month and half wait to get a new patient appointment. I got a call from a scheduler telling me the doctor is now going on vacation and the appointment has to be rescheduled. Unfortunately. the appointment is now pushed out to February 2024. Really unhappy with the lack of customer service and scheduling.
I think this place is wonderful. My workup was very thorough. Staff went overboard to make sure I understand what is going on with me and the workup and PT, excellent. I would not go to another place for treatment for spine issues.
