I had to be fitted for a back brace. Everyone from the person in the lobby to my physical therapist were 5 star.
I got fitted for my Therapeutic Helmet which I still have at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital’s Orthotics and Prosthetics department and the staff were amazing. I was born with moderate Torticollis and Plagiocephlay and had to wear a Therapeutic Helmet until I was a year old and thankfully my Torticollis and Plagiocephlay are mild now.
Stephanie is very knowledgeable and pays close attention to detail, she goes out of her way to relive my pain.
Wr can’t thank MFB and specially Rachael Stepanovich enough for the amazing work she did to help our son’s head shape improve! Rachael was so kind, compassionate and always made us feel heard and was great at answering any questions we had. Highly recommend!!
Excellent staff! We arrived without an appointment after misunderstanding the ED. Staff was beyond accommodating and incredibly friendly. The care was exceptional and my husband left feeling so much more comfortable
