We went with MFB for my sons cranial helmet. Megan was so wonderful throughout the entire process! She was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns we had. It wasn’t an easy decision to have a helmet. She made the process as smooth as it could be!! About 10 weeks in the helmet and the results were incredible and so worth it!!
I lost my leg in 1995 and have been dealing with several different prosthetics companies for over 27 years. This year I took a gamble and started going to Mary Free Bed in Kalamazoo. I was treated with respect by the most professional and competent group of people I have ever met. They addressed all of my concerns and manufactured two new prosthetic legs for me. I would highly recommend them.
My son needed a helmet and we were very thankful to have MFB guide us through the process! They made the transition in to and out of the helmet a breeze. They answered every question and helped calm any nerves we had. Very happy with our results!
Everyone here has been so helpful and very nice about the process of getting my son a cranial helmet. Would definitely recommend coming here if you feel a little uneasy about the whole helmet process. They have helped with all the uncertainties and questions I’ve had.
