Oh Dr. Otterson, you truly are a gift from God. I was admitted unexpectedly and was in the hospital for 8 days. Dr. Otterson and her team came in and saw me every single day. She truly is so wonderful. She was highly recommended by my GI team to do my surgery and now I know why. She's of course an amazing surgeon but she's so much more than that. Dr Otterson performed a small bowel resection on me this past week and I couldn’t of been more happy with the outcome. Dr Otterson and her staff were top notch from the consultation right up until I was discharged home out of the hospital. I am blessed to have had such an amazing surgeon operate on me. Dr. Otterson performed colorectal surgery on me in June of 2021. She is probably the best doctor I have ever seen. She figured out my issue which was a very obscure fistula that did not clearly show up on 2 MRIs or a fluoroscopy. Dr. Newcomer was the other surgeon; she is a top notch female urogynecologist. Dr. Otterson's NP, Sarah Lundeen, is amazing. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and answers "My Chart" questions on the same day, often within the hour. The office is a happy place to visit.
