How can an office who caters to sick people take 2 hours to see their patients and not call the patient and tell them they are 2 hours behind. The receptionist said this happens everyday. There are 6 people there to check you in and 3 of them were busy texting the whole time and don't look up so you won't bother them This is Northwestern? Dr. Mulcahy is the most caring, knowledgeable, and amazing human I’ve encountered. I am lucky to have found her. Her knowledge of Oncology is second to none, and she spends as much time as necessary with her patients to ensure that they leave appointments feeling comfortable with their options and armed with information. She and her entire team are excellent. Her treatment plan was aggressive and spot on. She listened to me and took my feedback into consideration, adjusting treatment to suit me. I very much appreciate her.
