This review reflects nothing about the actual products, rather the extreme level of poor customer service received from this company. Not only have I called and left numerous voicemails without a return call about a lost package, I was rudely insulted by the Office Manger Mike Taylor in a series of emails in which he basically told me it was my problem that someone other than me (which is obvious had he looked at the UPS receipt of delivery he forwarded me) signed for and took my package somewhere other than my place of busi... read more
