May Neal is thorough and caring practitioner. She listens, asks the right questions, does a thorough evaluation and goes over recommendations and treatment. She takes her time and I’ve never been rushed or felt like she didn’t care. She refers to highly recommended Doctors if needed and follows up. I highly recommend her and her staff.
The time I asked for you to send in a blood test for my parathyroid and you rolled your eyes at me? Yeah, you caused me even more irreversible brain, heart and kidney damage than what I would have had if you had just acted and not been negligent. It’s been over two years since I asked and I got really sick after. I had my parathyroidectomy last week and woke up with every symptom cured. You don’t listen, and the compassion is void. Mary Ellen Neal is a wonderful APRN-C!!! My husband and I have been going to her for many years, Trust her with our care as if she was a Doctor. Even more than that- she has become a dear friend and confidant.
No good at all... no table side manners and if she is having a bad day she takes it out on you.. Time to retire Mary Ellen...
