We took our newborn here briefly but left after Mary Ellen and her office told us they didn’t have her 4 month vaccinations and to call back in a week to schedule, as they would have them then. We called back and the office person told us they didn’t know when they would have the vaccinations in, when I pressed for more answers they got upset and said they would call when the vaccinations arrived within a week or two. Dr Gallagher herself is a great and personable doctor - but what is up with the prescription refill process? My husband is still waiting for meds since April 2025 with no communication back to us after several attempts via phone and portal - and this is not the first time - albeit this round of waiting has been the most ridiculous and longest yet. This is not only disappointing but frankly dangerous!?
