RecommendedDr. Bovone has been my OB/GYN for near 15 years. She is absolutely wonderful! I feel that I can talk to her about anything, and have. On June 2, 2020 I had a full hysterectomy, and a large fibroid removed. Dr. Buescher was my surgeon, assisted by my doctor, Dr. Bovone. Unfortunately my surgery was a bit worse than worse case scenario. That said Dr. Buescher and Dr. Bovone were amazing, as was the staff at Good Samaritan Hospital. I am 2 weeks post-op today. RecommendedI spent 6+ hours at Stanford yesterday for tests. First, the Cardiac MRI to detect scar tissue and thickness around ny heart, which took an hour or so and really tested my anxiety. Second, the Echocardiogram to see video and audio of my heart movement. Third, Electrocardiogram (EKG), quick and painless. Fourth, I met with a genetic counselor, she felt like my medical therapist is a great resource. At last, after 45 minutes of waiting as my doctor reviews my new tests, I meet with the cardiologist. He and his apprentice give ... read more
