I just had the most shocking and appalling experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. I was trying to establish myself as a new patient after waiting TWO months to get into this doctor AND I took the day off from work specifically for this appointment!!!! Dr Cavnar Johnson is the best- she has always taken my concerns seriously and has helped me improve my health so much. I am so grateful for her and her team!
Just outstanding
Dr. Cavnar-Johnson is a great doctor and is very caring, but her office staff is rude and clearly thinks they are doing you a favor working there. After I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time for a shot, something that can be done by a nurse or the PA, I asked the person at the front desk if I needed to reschedule. She told me someone should have called me back (perhaps she could have noticed me sitting in the waiting room). Avoid this practice! I had the worst experience at this practice! I booked a annual well check. I have no health conditions. I waited two months to get in. When I went for the appointment, I was asked my reason for being there When I told them I was just there for a routine exam, they said I couldn't have a preventative health appointment unless I had labs done in advance.
