Listens to you and gives you goals that are easy to reach. Very calm and personable.
Nobody is better than Dr. Cox. She is the nicest lady and always gives good counsel to her patients. When I’m ready to give up on life, she is there to lift me up and puts me on my feet again. God truly blessed me when Dr. Cox came into my life!
They not answering phone I keep leaving messages no response this is couple days I tried to talk to someone no answer it’s very bad service
Scheduled an appt for the first time in April, 4 minutes before my appt as I was pulling into the parking lot, Mary called to cancel. She did reschedule me for a month out. Received a text from her for my next appt 3 days prior…canceling. I really needed someone to talk to when I made the appt in March. This might work for others but it doesn’t me. I can’t speak to her counseling because she couldn’t keep my appts. I would hope that this isn’t the norm, but it was enough to put a bad taste in my mouth.
