This used to be an amazing office. You're calls never went unanswered and in the rare occasion they did you recieved a call back within an hour. Now they NEVER answer the phones and it takes over 4 hours to hear back from them. The receptionist is rude. And the CMAs dont know how to take a proper blood pressure (you have a pulse in your thumb therefore it shouldn't rest on the patient while taking a BP) after being at this practice for almost 10 years and the service declining as badly has it has I'm moving to a new doctor's... read more
They hardly ever answer the phone and do not bother leaving a meassage because they do not return phone calls. The secretary is rude and has a habit of trying to argue with you when you ask to speak to a higher up and she LOVES hanging up on patients.
