I lived here from February 2020 to August 2022, and I had the doorbell I had mounted on my door stolen earlier in 2022 by a neighbor who was known to steal things. The building itself only had security on the ground floor and the elevators were known to break down every other day as well

Our company did the snow plowing last season and we have yet to be paid for our services we have a tried to make contact several times also sent over 20 overdue invoices we have set up appointments to see them meetings when we showed up nobody was there and the last time I spoke to the gentleman at 10 Clonton he laughed in my face and said good luck with that.

I have been a resident at the Mary D Buck buildings since May of 2022 and in the time that I've been there, the number of times that I have been able to speak to the building management has been less than a handful. Multiple times have I needed help and multiple times has the office been empty. The blinds are closed all day long whether or or not the office is supposed to be open. There are frequently passive aggressive print outs left on the management building window declaring that there won't be any services. I find this ... read more

Every time my mother calls for information nobody returns her call. They promised her and apartment and to this date she is homeless. Can someone please call us back?
