I'm not sure how TO GET THROUGH the office TO GET HELP, except to leave this review. The staff has been contacted multiple times... I called 13 times just today alone, but no resolution has been provided so far. We have been seen by Alicia on Jan. 9th. but 24 days later my child still hasn't received the medication due to negligence of Dr. Rittmeyer's Office. My husband was referred to Dr Kalen after a stroke. He has never been able to see him, only a nurse practitioner. When his blood pressure shot way up for days I was unable to speak to a human being, but left a message. Late the next day I finally got a call back saying they couldn't talk to the person he saw, but a nurse said to double his meds. I left damaged I started to feel hope while I was learning CBT and putting what I was learning into practice, however some things I said in group were misinterpreted and I was attacked by the staff about it and told I wasn’t being honest. I was being 100% truthful, so this confrontation made me backslide and put me in a worse state than when I started the program. My husband was rushed to Savannah Memorial hospital from another hospital after being told he has esophageal cancer. Once admitted Dr Garber was assigned to him. He put a ng tube in due to my husband not being able to swallow. My husband was not able to drink due to cancer being so large in his esophagus. My husband had the surgery on July 6, 2022. Lost my records when his practice spun off to another organization and never contacted me about an appointment that was in place for nearly a year-put me behind many months. Rarely on time for appointments-waited nearly two hours and gave up. Always asks "why are you here today?" I've had enough.

I suffered with ankle pain, stiffness, balance and mobility issues for about two years before asking my doctor about getting some physical therapy. He did get 12 sessions approved and sent me to The Rehabilitation Institute. After the 12 visits with my therapist, Travis Jones, I am amazed with the results. I have had improvement with all my issues and hope to continue to get even better by continuing the therapy at home.
