Professional and a very good communicator. Dr. Bui answered all my questions and the questions my family had for her.
Went with my husband to his appt. Appt. Was rec’d promptly, office staff was good and our waiting time was not long. Dr. Bui was very good at explaining condition and steps to be taken to see any problems.
My mother was at the San Antonio Hospital for emergency dialysis, she was the attending nephrologist. I do not hear any caring in the conversation with her. Later, a tunnel catheter needs to be placed in for my mother, we’re trying to understand the process. She was very rude and impatient. She says those are the questions for the radiologist, not her. Dr Bui has been supportive of my overall health and has taken the time to offer a prognosis that I can understand and take action. My wait time to see Dr Bui is no more than the other doctors I visit and I’m usually in and out within an hour.
