Mary Bruce-Owenby was a good therapist for me. She was my first time doing any kind of therapy and made it a great experience. I had a lot going on in life and felt like I had no one to talk to, she listened and really helped me work through things. I left every session feeling a little lighter. I discontinued going only because I moved out of the area, she gave me a referral for someone in my new area and offered a phone consult if I needed one in the transition.
