I had a very disappointing experience at Mary Brown’s. Not only was the food mediocre, but the staff only spoke Indian and Pakistani languages the entire time, which made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming and uncomfortable for customers. It felt like they weren’t interested in communicating with or serving people who didn’t speak their language. Businesses should make every customer feel valued and understood, but that was clearly not the case here. I won’t be coming back.
