Need train crew to actually read the order, missed to put cutlery & sauce, I’m not going back for that… very disappointing.

I bought almost 10 boxes of today national day special,old man at counter gave my order he think he is giving food for free, asked for sauce n napkins stingy old guy...... worst customer service
This location is my automatic go to. The food is always great and the service is top notch. The staff are friendly and attentive. The parking can be an issue from time to time but that is not the businesses fault.
