i went there once and they literally refused to make my chicken fresh. i asked for all thighs too which usually they make fresh since they rarely have 6 on hand and i'm paying damn near $5 extra for all thighs on top of the $25 for the fan favourite itself. They argued with me for 10 minutes saying that the chicken had only been sitting for 30 minutes... half an hour is fresh to you? I visited the store at dinner time, thought I had submitted an order but it hadn’t gone through properly. The staff were very friendly, efficient and got me on my way in no time. Just a great team!
