Was there last Monday around 4pm for the Big Mary promo. Walked in, place was empty, this young kid sitting on the counter on his phone. Had to walk right up to the counter for him to acknowledge me. Ordered, asked for heavy mayo and extra napkins. He said it'd be about 8 mins. Asked to use the washroom - toilet paper everywhere and it was disgusting... clearly no one checked all day to see it needed a cleaning - guess being on your phone is more important.
