I've had food from this location on several occasions, and there is always something wrong - the food is cold, overcooked, or an item is missing. The last straw with this was with our latest order, where they did not include our taters. Fine. We drove back, explained what had happened, and instead of giving us taters within minutes, we waited at the store for 30 minutes - for taters, the easiest and quickest thing to cook.
