I’m really disappointed with the food I received today. The side breast portion was not fresh and it tasted old, and to make things worse, it was fried with feathers still on it. This is the second time I’ve had this issue. Please do not serve items that are very old, if something isn’t available fresh, please do not serve it in that condition. This experience literally spoiled my night. Also, I would really appreciate it if the service staff could greet customers politely.
Food was fine and service was OK
An excellent experience as I came in to buy a chicken sandwich that I popped out to buy a coffee. When I came back, my order was ready in a bag with two napkins, and in a heated compartment! Exceptional service and very friendly staff! P.S. Best tasting chicken sandwich hands down.
Food was fine but not much about my skip order was correct. Wrong spiciness, wrong drink, wrong pieces of chicken, missed the spicy mayo. Big disappointment Update. Mary brown contacted me and asked me to email their customer service and explain what happened. I took the time to do this and have had no further response
